This will be a SAIDS registered competition
Gauteng Weightlifting Senior Championships 2022
This is open to all registered Senior Gauteng Lifters,
(you must have completed the International-level Athlete Education Programme)
Arnold Africa Masters Weightlifting Classic 2022
This is Open to all South African Master weightlifters who are registered with the SA Masters Weightlifting Federation and the South African Weightlifting Federation.
Arnold Africa Open’s Weightlifting Classic 2022
This is Open to all Weightlifters (Youth, Junior, and Senior)
(Not participating in the Senior Gauteng Championships)
If you are a lifter from another province, you must be registered with your province and the SAWF
If you are from another country, please request a letter from your federation allowing you to lift
Entries will open the 18th April 2022 and Close on the 20th May 2022
